Many of us have found a new hope. Our lives are being transformed by the revelation that no matter how oppressive Goliath has become, there is still something worth living for and something worth fighting for. But we will no longer wage war the way Goliath does. Our battle is not with flesh and blood but with any idea that sets itself against the knowledge of truth. The struggle against Goliath has physically changed. Our sense of self is returning as we are immersed in redeeming waters, no longer downing in them, but resurrected through them. Washed clean--a new creation. This could be the beginning. This could be our time of change.
